I grew up just outside of Philadelphia in a 1 square mile town called Conshohocken, playing outside on the playground and baseball fields. At the end of most days, you’d find me in the woods behind the park, wearing my spinnin’ dress, covered in mud. I loved any opportunity to explore nature — climbing trees, sipping the nectar from honeysuckles, picking mulberries, or admiring fireflies in the summer.
This adventurous spirit eventually led me to take a huge leap of faith in May 2013. After years of lugging around my jewelry designs in old suitcases and trunks to local art shows and markets, I opened Trunk Show as a hub for local artists in Tahoe City, California.
